Lesson Eleven

Keeping a Wishes and Affirmations Log

In this lesson, you will start a special list. This is a Wishes and Affirmations Log, which is where you write down the good things you want for your future and the positive statements you choose to believe about yourself.

You will have noticed that every lesson encourages you to set positive affirmations in accordance with the lesson content. As the course progresses, hopefully, those future wishes will become lived experience. Therefore, if you keep a list of those hopes for the future, then you will be able to tick those items off, later, and use it to track your progress.

The magic of this log is that your wishes and hopes become real as you live and grow through the course. Every time you see something happen that matches your wish, you can tick it off your list. This helps you see how far you’ve come and feel proud of your progress.

You can keep this log in your journal, notebook, or a computer file – whatever is easiest for you. The important thing is to look at it often and remind yourself of what you want to achieve.

Later in the course, you will learn ways to use visualization and manifestation techniques. These techniques will help you bring your wishes to life and keep your energy focused on positive change.

This log isn’t just a list; it’s a tool to track your growth and guide you toward becoming the person you want to be.
