The PERMA model is a framework for understanding and enhancing human wellbeing. It was proposed by positive psychologist Martin Seligman and consists of five elements: Positive emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, and Accomplishment. Each element contributes to well-being and can be measured and cultivated independently. The PERMA model can be applied to various domains of life, such as work, education, health, and personal growth.
