An Existential Crisis is a Psychological state in which a person questions the Meaning, Purpose and value of their life. It can be triggered by various factors, such as a major life change, a loss of a loved one, a personal failure, or a confrontation with mortality. An Existential Crisis can cause feelings of Anxiety, Depression, loneliness, hopelessness and despair. It can also lead to a search for new sources of Meaning and fulfilment, such as Spirituality, creativity or Social activism.
